Cannot start Server

Please help me. I can't start my Server. When I click the Start button, the Console label shows "Starting" for about 15 seconds, and then it goes "Offline" after that. I have tried many time, including pressing Stop and Kill button, but none worked. The console showed "Server marked as offline" all the time, when I tried to Start, Restart or Stop, Kill the Server. What can I do now?

Whenever I tried to Restart Server to pull the lastest code from Github, most of the time I failed on the first try. I had to repeat the steps of restarting, stopping, and killing the server, and each time I waited a while until the server started. But now I can't start it anymore, and I feel so helpless.
