ModuleNotFoundError

Python 3.11 server. Startup command is python bot.py. Additional Python Packages contains discord.py. The server starts directly with python bot.py, but import discord fails with ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'discord'. There is no visible package installation step in the startup log. Please check whether the Python package installer / .local directory on my server node is working correctly.
