appears to go down alot and drop my servers offline even when 14 days havent passed since last login

hi i've moved here from a previous hosting service (bot hosting.net) and it seems this site has way less uptime than it claims to have, i was told that all you have to do is visit/login the client dashboard every 14 days and your servers would be kept online however multiple times now ive woken up to my bot being offline, my server just being offline and it hasnt even been 7 days since i started the server on! is this just general downtime and p.s what counts as logging in like do i have to sign out then sign back in or simply visit the client dashboard page for a few seconds.
