Probraly you can solve it with programming bot to make api endpoint with custom port (it depends if you have free or premium server where you need it) and map that port to your bot through dashboard. Discord have access to endpoints in Developer Portal. But maybe better is to make website, it bakes to bot (like one .py / .jar file) and had web communicating and endpointing through subdomain.
