Webhook Disconnections

Over the past 6 months, I have been experiencing outages with my discord bot even though it is premium. It does not exceed any CPU or memory restrictions but keeps on disconnecting from the webhook for about 3 6 hours an outage. I was wondering if anyone had also experienced this with their servers. The picture attached is what happens when my server experiences one of these outages. Does anyone know how to fix or prevent this from happening?
