Bot process repeatedly frozen by host (5–25s pauses) – node migration request

Hello, my Discord bot freezes several times per minute for 5 to 25 seconds ("Can't keep up, websocket is 47s behind"). My measurements show that the whole process gets paused while it is using 1% CPU and 150 MB of memory out of 1177 MB, with no CPU throttling. The issue seems to come from the host server (overloaded node or slow disk). Would it be possible to migrate my server to another node? Thank you.
