Container repeatedly frozen for 3–10 seconds (not CPU/RAM related)

Hello, My Discord bot is repeatedly frozen for 3 to 10 seconds, several times per hour. I added monitoring inside the bot to measure it precisely: A background thread that only sleeps 0.5 s in a loop regularly wakes up 4 to 9 seconds late. This means the whole process is paused from outside, not blocked by my code. During these pauses, my process uses only 1–2 % CPU, CPU throttling (cgroup throttled usec) is 0.0 s, the CPU quota is 100 %, and memory is 155 MB / 1177 MB. DNS resolution also fails regularly (“Temporary failure in name resolution”, up to 10 s). Because of these freezes, Discord interactions expire (3 second limit) and users get errors. Could you check the node my server runs on, or move my server to a less loaded node? Screenshot of the logs attached. Thank you.
