Free server node discord token invalid

My Node.js 24 server starts successfully and my Discord token loads correctly, but even a minimal discord.js client with only the Guilds intent never reaches the ready event. The process stays running with no error. Can you check whether my free node is rate limited or blocked from Discord Gateway?
