Can't delete account

I can't delete account even after doing everything my account still stays and it's not getting deleted

So I go to delete account than click delete than confirm but it's not deleting

The main reason I wanna delete my account is because I can't delete a server

If you can delete it than I will not be required to delete my account

I had an old server so it got stopped due to inactivity but now I can't access it nor delete it to create a new server
