Another IP rate limited issue and your ticket system ISNT working

Hi, My Discord bot premium server can't connect to Discord. Every time it starts, the login request to discord.com is blocked by Cloudflare with "Error 1015 You are being rate limited" (the page says the owner of discord.com has banned this IP temporarily). Details: Server IP shown on the Cloudflare error page: 51.79.44.110 First seen: 2026 10 08 01:12 UTC Still happening at: 2026 10 08 03:50 UTC (more than 2.5 hours later, same IP) The block happens on the very first request the bot makes (GET /users/@me), before the bot does anything else. I have added rate limiting and a startup cooldown to my bot code, and I have stopped restarting it, so I don't think my bot is the cause. I suspect the IP is shared with other servers on the same node. Could you please move my server to a different node or give it a different outbound IP, so it isn't using 51.79.44.110? Please don't delete or reset the server, as my bot's data files are on it. Also your ticket system is consistently stuck on "Loading departments" and won't let you submit a ticket. Thank you.
