Server Keeps saying “Loading”

My discord bot went offline and when i try go into the server it says server is buisy or wtv and wont load or start or let me even look at my files 8227a523

RCS & RDS appears to be down this time, we are switching to backup ISP in a few moments, it may take a few minutes as we don't have the router that automatically switches to backup installed, it will be installed soon though. From the Wispbyte Team on discord.

Also, please check here if others have the same issue and if they have posted a post already in here, since replying to every post about the same issue is very annoying.
