Server start ad not loading

i keep trying to start the server and it shows me a reward video tab which doesnt load any video; then when i try and clickk cancel it says i have to watch the ad

The reward video is likely being blocked by your browser or network, so the start check can’t finish. Cancelling won’t bypass it. 1. Temporarily disable ad/tracking blockers, VPN, and custom DNS (such as AdGuard or NextDNS). 2. Try a private window, another browser, or mobile data. 3. Reload the panel and try starting again. If no video is available, complete the verification prompt instead. If it still won’t load, tell us your browser/device and whether you’re using a VPN or custom DNS.
