Need to move to another node

Posted by user_vf2a58 in general · Solved.

Hi! My server "nh global bot" can't connect to Discord. The node's IP is being blocked by Discord/Cloudflare: GET https://discord.com/api/v10/gateway/bot returns HTTP 429 with a Retry After of about 727 minutes (even unauthenticated requests to /api/v10/gateway return 429). This isn't my bot or token, it looks like an IP level block on the shared node IP. Could you please move my server to a different node / outbound IP, or tell me how I can switch nodes myself? Thank you!

That 429 with indicates Discord is rate limiting the shared outbound IP, not rejecting your bot token. You can’t switch a free/shared server to another node or IP yourself. 1. Wait for the limit to expire (about 727 minutes from the response) and avoid repeated restarts; they won’t clear it. 2. If you’re on premium, open a ticket with the node name and ask about the rate limited IP: https://wispbyte.com/client/tickets More details: https://wispbyte.com/kb/discord rate limits
