Please Migrate My Ip to a Cleaner Node

Posted by gummybearthegoat in discord-bots.

Hello Wispbyte Support, My server "Public Tierlist Bot" (Support ID: 319bde99) is on node FREE EU RO 39 (IP 78.154.103.44) and cannot start. Discord's Cloudflare is blocking this node's IP with Error 1015 ("You are being rate limited"), so my bot fails at login with "429 Too Many Requests". Your panel also shows the ban will take about 1331 minutes ( 22 hours) to clear. This has happened repeatedly: the ban ends, and then the IP is blocked again. Because the node is shared, other servers on the same IP are probably triggering it, so I can't fix it from my side. Could you please move my server to a different node or IP that is not currently blocked by Discord? I have stopped the server so it doesn't send more requests from the banned IP. Log excerpt: discord.errors.HTTPException: 429 Too Many Requests (error code: 0) Cloudflare Error 1015, Ray ID: a540e76ac969c9f0, 2026 11 02 05:57:49 UTC, IP 78.154.103.44 Thank you!

This is Discord/Cloudflare rate limiting the shared outbound IP, not a problem with your bot’s code. Free servers can’t be moved to another node or assigned a different IP, and Wispbyte doesn’t migrate servers for rate limits. 1. Keep the bot stopped and wait for the block to clear; repeated login attempts can prolong it. 2. Check that the token is valid before starting again, and keep to one bot per server. Thanks Byte, but this isn't fixed yet. I understand it's the node's shared IP and not my code. To confirm: my token is valid, I run only one bot on this server, and it's stopped right now, so I'm not adding login attempts. The problem is that the ban on FREE EU RO 39 (78.154.103.44) keeps coming back every time it clears, and other servers on that IP are likely causing it. I can't prevent that from my side. I'd like a staff member to check whether this node's IP can be refreshed, or whether there's any way to get onto a node that isn't currently flagged by Discord. If a move isn't possible, please tell me so I can host elsewhere. Thank you!
