Server stopped due to abuse detection — false positive

Hello! My free server ce25ce8f 5b99 4569 875c 483e6e3ad64e (name: user bot) has been stopped with the message "stopped due to abuse detection". The server runs a simple Python Telegram notification bot — it just monitors a chat and forwards matching messages, no heavy load, no mining or network abuse. I have no idea what triggered the automatic abuse detection. Could you please review it and tell me what caused the stop, and re enable my server? Thank you!
