Free server repeatedly stopped by abuse detection

Hello Wispbyte Team, My free server keeps getting automatically stopped shortly after starting. Server Support Tag: 25cc5536 Problem: The server starts successfully and shows "Online". After running for a short time, it automatically changes to "Offline". I have received multiple "Server Stopped" notifications mentioning abuse detection. The problem happens repeatedly, even after restarting the server. I was testing a personal VLESS + Reality proxy using Xray. I would like to know whether this type of service is allowed on Wispbyte. Could you please help me with the following questions? 1. What exactly triggered the abuse detection? 2. Is this a false positive? 3. Is running a personal VLESS proxy permitted on free servers? 4. If this use is permitted, could you please review the restriction and help me prevent these unexpected shutdowns? I am happy to adjust my configuration to comply with your Terms of Service.
