Not connecting to console

The node is online and there’s no matching incident posted, so this looks like the console connection getting stuck rather than a reported outage. 1. Reload the page, then try the console once more. If it still hangs, log out and back in, or try another browser/network. 2. If it’s still stuck after about 30 minutes, reply with the node name, server ID, and any console output you get when pressing Start (remove tokens). Find the server ID under Settings → Server information . 2. Let me know whether the Files page loads and whether the power buttons respond.
