INFO: Discord connection hangs/timeouts.

Wispbyte shared (free) bot hosting IPs have apparently gotten a Cloudflare temporary rate limit (temp. ban). That's the cost of a free service when one or a few users abuse it, we all get to suffer. :) Anyone getting errors, or "429 Too many requests" errors, the most "free" course of action is to wait for 4 hours. Alternatively use another hosting platform which hopefully manages this kind of issue better.
