Cannot access server control panel – false ad blocker detection

Posted by user_3il023 in bugs.

Hello! I'm having trouble accessing my Wispbyte server control panel. The website only loads when I use a VPN. However, with the VPN enabled, the panel displays an ad blocker warning and doesn't allow me to continue. I've already tried different browsers, disabled browser ad blocking protection, and switched VPN servers and countries. Nothing helped. Could you please check why the panel is blocking access and help me restore it? I have an existing Python server running a Telegram data collector, and I need to access its management panel without losing the server or its data. Thank you!

This sounds like two separate network issues: your usual connection may be blocking or failing to resolve the panel, while the VPN or its DNS/filtering is blocking the ad check. The server’s data isn’t affected by changing networks. 1. Try opening the panel on mobile data with the VPN off . If that works, check your router’s custom DNS, parental controls, or network filtering. 2. With the VPN on, disable its ad/tracker blocking and custom DNS features, then retry in a private window. 3. Don’t reinstall or delete the server. If neither connection works, share the exact panel error and whether mobile data works (no passwords or tokens); free server help is available on the Wispbyte Discord. There are no matching incidents listed on the status page.
