`FREE-EU-RO-12` is being Discord Rate Limited | Bot Can't Start

IP being Rate Limited by Discord? My bot has been offline for two days because of it and it's only used by one person, me, in my server. Most the time it's just sitting idle, but suprisngly enough my bot has never hit a rate limit in over 2 years ago when I made it. Oh and only one interaction clicked in last 72hrs. I just can't start mine until it resolves somehow and I hate to just keep trying at random times because whatever is causing it I don't wanna be the reason for rate limit timer resets.. Anyone know if the for Node has been flagged by Discord?
