Discord bot cannot connect

Hello, my Discord bot cannot connect because the Node IP is being rate limited/banned by Discord Cloudflare. The bot receives HTTP 429, Cloudflare Error 1015, and says "You are being rate limited". Please move my server to another Node/IP
