**Title: Please Help – Discord Blocked My Bot's Node IP Address**
Posted by user_mgsf20 in general.
Hello Wispbyte Team and Community, I am having a problem with my Discord bot hosted on Wispbyte. When I opened the console, I noticed the following message: "Discord blocked this node's IP address." I do not understand why this happened, as I have not knowingly done anything that would violate Discord's or Wispbyte's rules. My bot is called LUXORA BOT, and it is very important for managing my Discord server. I really need your help because I do not know how to fix this issue myself. Is there an administrator who could look into this situation and tell me why the IP address was blocked? Is it possible to move my bot to another node or find another solution to get it working again? I would be extremely grateful for any help or advice. I really hope someone from the Wispbyte team can help me resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and understanding!

This is a Discord rate limit on the shared free node IP, not necessarily a problem with your bot or its code. The console shows about 5 hours 10 minutes remaining. 1. Wait for the timer to expire; avoid repeated restarts, which can prolong the disruption. 2. Free servers can’t be moved to another node or given a different IP. More details: Discord rate limits.
