How long will maintenance take?

I just want to know when the problem will be solved and also why maintenance always happens every Friday

This is not maintenance, its power related, recently as of today, Romania has been hit with low water levels at their nuclear power plant, so, it was forced to shutdown, this could mean that power will not restore until they get secondary source.

It doesn't have anything to do with the nuclear power plant, there was an electricity incident around my area, which was fixed, however the power fluctuations & the way the grid company handled this made our generator go crazy & UPSes to fully discharge.
