Discord and Cloudflare ban.

Hi! I'm programming a Discord bot and I'm very new to this. After a few days with the free plan, the bot disconnected me, and when I tried to turn it on, it said that it was temporarily banned from Discord and Cloudflare. I'd like to know if this is taking too long (it's been 24 hours or so) and if I switch to a paid plan, could I change the Node and IP address or would it be the same?
