I can't Upload files nor start my bot

When I try to upload new files to my bot's files it just says Upload failed and Because I was updating the app.py I deleted it so I can install the new one but now I can't

Since was deleted, the bot won’t start until you restore or recreate that file in the server’s root folder. Try Files → New File , name it , and paste in your updated code. For the upload failure, refresh the panel or log out and back in, then try uploading a small test file. If it still fails, reply with the exact error and your node name and support tag. Also share the Console output from pressing Start until it stops (remove any tokens or secrets). See server management.
