Hello. I can't use my bot anymore. It says like this.

Wait for the limit to clear —it can take a few hours, sometimes up to about a day. 2. Don’t keep restarting the bot; repeated login attempts can prolong the block. 3. Check that your token is valid and your server runs only one bot. If the token was exposed, regenerate it. Free servers can’t be moved to another node or given a different IP.
