Cannot start server or it is starting but cannot see (Hard to get what could be the issue).

I am trying to start my server but it shows up in console. Whenever I try to stop the server, it is not stopping , so I have to mostly press "KILL". I am confused with this bug, and in discord someone has alredy faced that today, I am the second one facing today this issue.
