issue with bot

Hi, my Discord bot can't connect from my Wispbyte server because Discord is blocking the server's IP. I ran a plain request to https://discord.com/api/v10/gateway from the server (no token) and got: STATUS: 429 with a Cloudflare HTML page. My bot hangs at "Preparing to connect to the gateway" and never logs in. The same thing happened on my old server and my new one, with Node 20, 22 and 26, and with a fresh token, so it's the node's IP and not my code.
