The Node.js is not connecting

My Node.js Discord bot starts normally, but client.login() hangs when connecting to Discord. Discord.js previously returned UND ERR CONNECT TIMEOUT connecting to discord.com:443. curl v connect timeout 5 https://discord.com from the container also produces no response.
