my server is stuck

1. My server "Cvmurtza" (node FREE EU RO 36) has been showing "Connecting" then "Console disconnected" for 2 days straight. 2. Uptime, CPU, Memory, and Disk all read "Offline" — I already tried Kill, Start, Restart, and reconnecting, nothing changed. 3. Support tag: 66d732ca — please check my server status and confirm my data is still safe.

Update: still stuck 2 days now, tried Reconnect too, no change. Is this forum monitored by Wispbyte staff, or is there an official support ticket system?"
