Issue when starting

Hello Wispbyte Support, I’m having an issue with my Discord bot being unable to log in\. My bot was previously online, but it became frozen and stopped responding\. After restarting it, the bot began receiving a 429 Too Many Requests response from Discord, with Cloudflare Error 1015 \(You are being rate limited\) \. The error occurs while the bot is trying to log in, before it can fully connect: The Cloudflare page indicates that access is being temporarily restricted due to rate limiting\. I have also seen other bot owners reporting similar issues where their bots are currently unable to log in, so I’m wondering if there is currently an issue affecting certain hosting IP addresses or outbound connections from your servers to the Discord API\. My bot is hosted on Wispbyte\. I have not intentionally been repeatedly sending requests to Discord, and I have stopped restarting the bot repeatedly to avoid making the rate limit worse\. Could you please check whether the IP used by my hosting environment is currently being temporarily restricted or rate\ limited when accessing the Discord API, and let me know when it should be safe for my bot to attempt logging in again?
