Problem with making free server for bot

Been like this since last night I had a bot but I've been getting an issue about dotenv missing and saying that I've used up all my storage or something after getting that error many times i decided to delete and remake server and now im getting the current error running into a problem creating server

I did add dotenv into additional packages too before deleting still same issue and my code worked fine when i ran it on VS code
