Does not let me access my files or console

Whenever I try to go onto my console it consistently says "this node cannot be reached" or something. Then when I try to go onto my files it says "failed to load files. Please refresh the page". I've refreshed the page 5 times, restarted my PC, closed google and reopened it but it's still saying the same thing.

There Is an issue with romainia node it will fix soon I hope so
