server not connecting

The server was working this morning, but now it seems to be stuck. It appears to be in "connecting" status, but the start, restart, and other buttons don't show anything in the console. The side panel says "offline." Only this appears in the console, which I'm attaching, but it's actually not active. Server node: free eu ro 21
