How to Report an Error Properly When asking for help, always provide key details so the community can assist you faster. 1. General Rules • Be Patient: This is community support. If no one answers immediately, please wait. • Language: If you don't speak English well, use Google Translate or any other translator. 2. What to Include in Your Report • Error Details: Exact error and full console log (e.g. ERRNO 28: No space left even if you have free space). • System Info: Your node name and support tag. 3. Common Issues • 429 Rate Limit / 1015 Cloudflare: Your node is rate limited. Read the guide: https://wispbyte.com/kb/discord rate limits • Disappeared Server: Your data is safe. Wispbyte does not delete servers. This is usually internet or any other issues. Check the updates channel on Discord.

If you have a problem where Wispbyte detects that you are using an adblocker when you are not, this tutorial MAY help you, but sometimes it won't. 1. Check your results at https://adblock.turtlecute.org/. If it blocks ads, or if it shows a low score (around 9 or so), go to the next step. 2. Disable any VPNs, DNS configurations, browser extensions, antivirus software or tracker blockers that might block certain parts of Wispbyte's site. If it's still blocks then go try using another VPN but disabling all the features with Adblocking and trackers. Try using another device like Phone and using Mobile data. There is no other solution because the Anti Adblocker isn't coded by Wispbyte, it's provided by Venatus: (https://venatus.com/), the company that helps display ads on the site.
