My Node.js application is experiencing intermittent connection failures to my Neon PostgreSQL database. The database URL uses Neon's pooled hostname (" pooler") on port 5432, and the database health check sometimes succeeds. However, the server logs show "ETIMEDOUT", "EAI AGAIN", and IPv6 "ENETUNREACH" errors when connecting to Neon. Please check whether outbound TCP connections and DNS resolution from my container to "ep plain cake b5ibal8k pooler.c 7.us east 2.aws.neon.tech:5432" are working correctly, including any IPv6 routing or outbound firewall restrictions.
